Data we process and purpose

The data you give us in the demo form (name, company, phone, business system) is processed to handle your request and maintain the commercial relationship. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and legitimate interest in commercial communication with those who contact us.

Retention and recipients

We keep the data for as long as the relationship lasts or until you ask us to delete it. We do not share data with third parties except where legally required; technology providers act as data processors under contract.

Your rights

You can exercise access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@delfos.ai, and lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
